Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

For example, the elite shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item such as armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for a different one similar item and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any money wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment into three attributes that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage caused by melee and weapons while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade items elevates the item upgrader kit to higher quality. To make them, you'll need an upgrade level token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common item upgrader mod, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open they will display a complete description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. It's a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in battle but don't want burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that area. This process continues until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs, which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item upgrading will vary based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", however, increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
